Wazapin provides a WhatsApp operations workspace: team inbox, order/payment/delivery workflows, AI with human control, and reporting. The service is provided “as is” with commercially reasonable efforts.

2. Akun & tanggung jawab
You are responsible for your account, content sent through your number, and compliance with WhatsApp Business policies and applicable law, including consumer protection and anti-spam rules.
3. Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance according to the plan. Meta message/template costs are billed separately at official Meta rates. Late payment may result in service suspension after notice.
4. Kepemilikan nomor & data
The number and WhatsApp Business Account remain yours. At the end of a subscription, we support data export through our published procedure.
5. Batasan tanggung jawab
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous 12 months. We are not liable for indirect losses.
6. Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated with notice on the site. They are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
